He entered Civil Services in which he served for sixteen year He became professor of Philosophy and psychology at it Birbeck College London He was a prolific writer He was praised by his all reader He wrote a number if books on Philosophy and politic His famous writings are Guide to Modern thought Introduction to contemporary Knowledge and The Story of Civilization He died 1953
